1. What is the Friend Referral Program?
It is a program where if you share a referral coupon with a friend who has never booked with NEWT before and they make a reservation, your friend receives an 8% OFF coupon, and you (the referrer) receive 5,000 points.
2. How to Use the Friend Referral Program
<For the Referrer>
① Obtain your referral coupon (code) from the Refer-a-Friend Program page.
*You can find the link to the referral page on "My Page" in the app, or in the menu on the web version.
② Share the coupon code with your friend.
When your friend completes a travel reservation using the coupon, you will receive 5,000 NEWT points as a gift 🎁.
*Regarding SNS posts for this program:
You may be required to clearly indicate that your post is an advertisement by including terms such as "Ad," "PR," or "Sponsored" at the beginning of the post or in a clearly visible location.
*If the above rules are not followed for SNS posts, you may not be eligible to receive points. Please also apply this to your past posts.

②Apply the coupon in My Page and book an overseas tour or hotel.
*You can also register the coupon on the "Enter Reservation Information" screen during the booking process.
3. Important Notes
- The referral coupon is only valid for friends making their first booking.
- Both overseas tours and hotels are eligible.
- Points will be awarded to the referrer only after the friend books using the referral coupon and the trip is completed.
- Coupons cannot be applied after a booking is made.
- Customers who withdraw from NEWT or have their account restricted before the points are awarded may not be eligible to receive points.
- This program is subject to change, suspension, or extension without prior notice.
- We cannot answer inquiries regarding the achievement status of referred friends as it is personal information.
4. Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I use the referral coupon if I had already registered as a NEWT member before being referred by a friend?
A. Yes, as long as you have never made a reservation on NEWT, you are eligible. If you have already booked a trip before, you are not eligible.
Q. I have used NEWT before as a travel companion. Am I eligible for the program?
A. Under the current program, yes, you are eligible.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer?
A. No, there is no limit.
Q. Is there a minimum spending amount or a maximum discount limit for the referral coupon?
A. The referral coupon can be used for reservations of 5,000 yen or more, and the maximum discount amount is 30,000 yen. Referral coupons cannot be used for sale tours.
Q. When will the points be awarded to the referrer?
A. On the 7th of the month following the end date (return date) of the referred friend's trip. Example: If the friend's trip ends on September 15, 2023, points will be awarded on October 7, 2023.
Q. Do the points have an expiration date?
A. The expiration date is the end of the 12th month from the date they are awarded. Please check here for details.
Q. Can I register and use a different referral coupon after I have already registered one?
A. Once you register a referral coupon, you cannot register or use another coupon from a different friend. Please note that you cannot delete or change a referral coupon after it has been registered.
